Truffle Brownies

This is by far the best recipe for a yummy brownie that is made from scratch and its so easy!! They are smooth, creamy goodness!!

Ingredients

•2 eggs

•1/2 teaspoon salt

•1 cup sugar

•1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

•1 stick margarine

•3 ounces unsweetened chocolate chopped

•1/2 cup all-purpose flour

•Chocolate ganache for topping, recipe follows

•Special equipment: 9-inch round foil cake pan – Yes, you do need these, they are super cheap @ walmart!!

I cut them into pie pieces and them cut them into smaller slices from there!!
